Sleep paralysis and tooth grinding

歯軋り、 金縛り、私寝る時の問題。

At least once a month I experience sleep paralysis. It's scary, I feel as if I'm going to die during bouts of this. What if I stopped struggling against it? would I die?

Then there's my chronic tooth grinding. I can't hear it, but those in the same room as me tell me about it when I wake up.
